Boeing 767 Program Manager Qualifications: 1. Must be qualified as PIC on Boeing 767 fleet. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Reports to the The Director of Operations 2. Responsible to establish and maintain acceptable Flight Standards for the Boeing 767 Fleet. 3. Jointly with the Manager of Training, Director of Operations and Chief Pilot, develop and implement flight operations policy and procedures. 4. Track Pass/ Fail Ratios and trends within the Training Program and modifies the Program for continuous improvement. 5. Develop and implement policies and procedures that exceed federally mandated minimum standards. 6. Works with the Safety department to develop “best practices” in regards to Boeing 767 operations.
