Are you an enthusiastic aviator with a passion for teaching? Join our team at London Oxford Airport as a Pilot Flight Instructor and play a key role in shaping the future of aviation.

We are looking for multiple instructors for flying 7 days a week, and we offer flexible working hours to suite within the requirements of the business and individual.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive ground and flight training sessions for students at various skill levels.

• Tailor instruction to individual learning needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of aviation principles.

• Provide constructive feedback and assessments to guide student progress.

• Collaborate with the flight operations team to maintain a safe and effective training environment.

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid CAA UK CPL or ATPL with FI Rating.

• License with relevant ratings.

• Previous experience desirable.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.

• Live within 1 hour of Oxford Airport or prepared to commute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Night & Instrument Instruction Restriction removed.

• Experience in a flight training environment.

• Familiarity with Garmin Glass Cockpit
