Job Title: Hawker 800XP Captain – Part 135 Operations
Job Overview:

Salary:
$150,000-$185,000
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate the Hawker 800XP in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and mission requirements.
Conduct pre-flight planning, including reviewing weather conditions, weight and balance calculations, and flight routing.
Lead and manage a professional flight crew while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with operational guidelines for organ procurement missions, including time-sensitive procedures.
Coordinate with dispatch, medical teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless mission execution.
Maintain aircraft currency and participate in training programs as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
FAA ATP certificate.
Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
Minimum of 1,500 PIC hours.
500 hours multi-engine turbine time.
Current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
Experience in Part 135 operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-pressure missions effectively.
Preferred:
HS-125 type rating (willing to type the right candidate).
Previous experience with organ procurement operations.
Familiarity with operating in diverse weather and airspace environments.
Schedule & Bases:
10 days off per month. 14 day off schedule for home based pilots.
Possible bases: KMSN (Madison, WI), KTEB (Teterboro, NJ), and KBED (Bedford, MA).
Relocation preferred to within 1 hour of the base; home-based arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates.
