This position is based in Bakersfield, California, and leads a large, international, multi-base aviation team operating multiple aircraft ranging from Caravans to super-midsize jets.

Pay Range: $355,000 - $395,000 with opportunities for additional incentive compensation. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
