Do you love leading teams, holding people accountable, and driving results?
Do you love creating, managing, and implementing process?
Do you love solving problems, removing roadblocks, and getting things done?
Inflight is a comprehensive and dynamic player in the aviation industry through our first-class Flight School, Fixed-Base Operator (FBO), Aircraft Maintenance shop, and Social Club.
Our commitment to excellence and innovation has made us a trusted name in the field. We're a fast-growing company, we run on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), and we are building a Leadership Team that can take this business to the next level. We are seeking a talented and experienced operations leader to join our team and drive our continued success.
The Operations Manager owns the day-to-day performance of the entire operation, across the FBO, the Flight School, and Aircraft Maintenance. You will sit on the Leadership Team alongside the Visionary and the Integrator, and be responsible for turning strategy into execution on the ground.
This seat sits above the department leads. The technical experts who own the craft in the FBO, the Flight School, and the Maintenance shop report to you, so you do not need to come from aviation. This role is strategic execution of process through leadership and management to drive accountability throughout the entire operation.
You will work closely with the Integrator, who stays hands-on in operations as responsibility transitions to you. As you prove results, your scope and your pay grow with you.
The qualities
You run toward accountability. Hard conversations do not pile up on your desk. You address issues directly, kindly, and early, and you follow up every time.
You are steady in the chaos. When ten things feel broken at once, you prioritize, communicate, and start knocking them down instead of spinning.
You lead leaders. You know how to manage experts who know their craft better than you do, and you earn their trust without pretending to be the expert.
You keep score. You measure what matters, you trust the numbers over the noise, and you own the result either way.
You finish. Plans become processes, processes become habits, and nothing gets dropped on the way.
Our core values
Every person at Inflight is at or above the bar on all four. That will include you.
Customer First. Every decision starts with the people we serve.
Safety Focused. Safety is not a checklist. It is a culture.
Be Professional. We hold ourselves to a higher standard.
Have Fun! Aviation is extraordinary.
You're looking for
A seat to own, not a job to hold. You want real responsibility and the authority to go with it.
A place where results are rewarded. Scope and pay grow as you prove them, and the path is real.
A company that runs on a system. We run on EOS: scorecards, clear seats, and real accountability. You want structure, not politics.
A team building something great. You want to look back in five years and say you helped build this, and you want to have fun doing it.
You do not need an aviation background. The craft belongs to your department leads. The operation belongs to you.
