We're looking for a professional and dependable pilot and driver to join our team in Winnie, TX. This full-time, salaried position includes corporate flying in a Cessna 182 and TBM 960, along with 10-12 hours per week of driving. Company-provided housing is included on a working cattle, hay and deer ranch where both planes are based with a 4300 foot private runway. We're looking for someone who's ready to build a career and stay long term.

Pilot Duties
Fly company aircraft for business-related travel: Cessna 182 and TBM 960
If not yet TBM-qualified, you'll begin by building time in the Cessna 182
Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight inspections and basic aircraft upkeep
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and maintain accurate flight records
Driving Duties
Drive sedans, SUVs, and/or a Sprinter van approximately 10-12 hours per week
Support company transportation needs for personnel and cargo
Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working order
Minimum Requirements
300+ total flight hours
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate Single Engine Land (SEL)
Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Instrument Instructor (CFII)
Valid U.S. drivers license with a clean driving record
Current 2nd Class Medical Certificate
Excellent situational awareness, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
500+ hours total time
Time in high-performance or pressurized aircraft
Previous corporate or private flight experience
Additional Requirements
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities, depending on day-to-day needs
