An aviation manager oversees all the operations of the aviation department, responsible of assuring that the department complies with FAA regulations as well as oversees the maintenance, scheduling and safety procedure of the aviation department are done efficiently, assist in operational programs, directs, and participates, as necessary, in public information programs concerning aviation programs. Acts as the liaison bettwen the pilots and executive administration.
