Director of Training Job Description: [redacted] is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Director of Training for our Stuart, FL location. This is a full-time position. Premier has a fleet of small to mid-size jets with approximately 50 pilots. This role will provide on-going training for all staff pilots. Duties to include: · Development and management of all curriculum · Scheduling of pilot training · Scheduling and relationships with DPE’s · Flight training of all courses · Development of additional courses in other type ratings · Administrator for company CTS training · Compliance reporting for partner training · Creates and maintains all training records for Company, Partner, and FAA regulations · Position will require active flying time · Performs other duties in supporting training department’s goals and objectives Benefits: · Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance · PTO and paid holidays · 401K Requirements Qualifications: The right candidate will have prior jet flight instruction experience and a valid 1st Class Medical. A CFI, CFII, and MEI are required for this position. Aircraft type ratings in CE-500, CE-525, BE-400, and/or HS-125 are preferred. This position will require at least 50% travel and Flying as Pilot in Command. Candidate will need to reside within 1 hour drive time of our location in Stuart, FL.
