Tasks
You will be responsible for the disciplinary and operational management of your team leaders and their teams - a total of approx. 1800 flight attendants
You ensure all relevant management standards for the area of Cabin Operations (Cabin OM-A, FSM, CCM, Safety Management System)
You are responsible for a smooth daily cabin operations as well as strengthening the trust of employees to ensure acceptance of necessary changes on board
You are responsible for the development and disciplinary and operational management of special qualification teams, e.g: Excellence Flyer, On Board Quality Team etc.
You ensure high quality standards within the flight attendants
You conduct a qualified assessment of incidents on board and initiate necessary quality improvement measures
You are committed to active communication with the works council for the further development of topics
You participate in the drafting of company agreements, collective bargaining and use of feedback both from customers and within the crew

Requirements
You hold an academic degree or you have acquired equivalent knowledge through appropriate qualification or many years of professional experience
You have a very good knowledge of the airline business and all relevant regulations and laws related to flight operations
You hold an active cabin crew rating or have several years of experience as a manager on board
You bring several years of management experience in large groups, demonstrating strong leadership skills
You bring experience in recruiting You have the ability to act independently and make decisions
You show a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a team
You possess strong negotiating skills and clarity in communication
You maintain a high level of quality and customer orientation
You have strong cost awareness You have experience in process management
You possess good written and spoken German and English skills You hold an unrestricted work permit for Austria
