This is a very interesting position for an exciting new space company providing an incredible space tourism experience. They are looking to bring on a chief test pilot, a significant hire for them to help with the development of the vehicle, test and operations thereafter. The ideal person is someone with previous astronaut experience, someone interested in the space tourism sector and keen to put their name to the company. The vehicle is in its design phase at the moment so they are looking for this person to join offer inputs and expertise to assist with the final design reviews. Moving forward to then manufacturing and testing, with planned flight tests to be next year. Once commercial flights are taking place this role will develop into a pilot position, with view to building a team around you and training people to do this role as well. Strong connections and reputation in the industry will serve well, \"star power\", to both help promote the company and attract the right kind of talent.
