Requirements

Criteria for Cabin Crew Member:
- CH or EU/EFTA passport
- Minimum age: 18 years at the start of training, no upper age limit
- Minimum height: 155 cm
- Ability to reach Zurich airport within 75 minutes
- Good swimming skills
- Willingness for vaccinations with authorized Swiss vaccines (including COVID-19, yellow fever, etc.)
- Very good German and English skills, other languages advantageous
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) or higher education (e.g. Matura)
- Service-oriented, team player, reliable and responsible
- Self-reflective and willingness for personal development
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage irregular working hours
- Well-groomed appearance, tattoos generally allowed except on the face and ears
- If applicable: completed military basic training.
