Key Duties

Update and maintain digital library of pilot records
Analyze Flight Ops delay data and draw conclusions regarding potential opportunities for improvement
Provide base support for all current pilot bases
Partner with inflight on crew events and activities
Provide records retention oversight for chief pilot office in compliance of policies
Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of a dynamic work environment

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

Required

Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in professional aviation or a related field, with a focus on becoming a pilot
Private Pilot license with 50 hours minimum flight time
Versed in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize projects and work independently
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship
Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

USD $25.00/Hr.
