[redacted] is currently searching for a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at the ICAO airport. Essential Responsibilities/Duties
- Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures.
- Monitors personal appearance, dress code, and conduct of all assigned personnel to achieve the highest standards.
- Maintains a current read and file of all memorandums.
- Coordinates crew and maintenance personnel training.
- Develops scheduling procedures with clients.
- Conducts meetings to coordinate activities and promote employee goodwill.
- Solicits the Client Responsible Officerâs input for operational issues.
- Ensures timely submission of training records, medicals, and other operations data.
- Promotes customer goodwill through high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Total time = 3000 hours
- PIC = 1500 hours
- MEL = 1500 hours
- MEL PIC = 500 hours
- Time in Turbo Jet = 500
- Instrument Time = 250 hours
Specific Qualifications/Certifications
- Management background with exceptional leadership skills.
- NBAA CAM certification or other applicable leadership training preferred.
- Track record of implementing industry best practices in flight operations.
- First class medical required.
- Must be able to work on an on-call basis.
