The Captain/Pilot in Command (PIC) serves as the cornerstone of safe and efficient FAR Part 91 flight operations. This role is responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and an elevated passenger experience consistent with a private flight department environment.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical piloting skills with a service-focused mindset, helping deliver a legendary customer experience while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) for assigned flights, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Alternate PIC/SIC responsibilities every other leg within a two-pilot crew environment.
Ensure adherence to all FAA regulations, company procedures, and safety policies.
Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
Prepare and file flight plans considering weather, terrain, and operational factors.
Oversee aircraft operational readiness and coordinate maintenance programs, inspections, and insurance requirements.
Provide regular flight and aircraft status updates to the Principal and designated representatives.
Coordinate passenger logistics including catering, refueling, customs, and ground transportation.
Maintain aircraft cabin presentation and ensure availability of onboard amenities.
Deliver exceptional customer service to principals, passengers, and guests.
Maintain pilot currency and operational proficiency.
Support additional operational duties as assigned with discretion and professionalism.

Crew Concept: Two-pilot operation with alternating PIC/SIC legs
