Job Summary: The primary duty of this position is to sell new and pre-owned Pilatus airplanes through aircraft technical and flight expertise on the ground and during flight demonstrations. Job Duties Assist in the sale of new and preowned aircraft along with the purchase, evaluation, relocation and pre-purchase inspections of new and preowned aircraft Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers Support the sales team while maintaining essential relationships with prospects and customers Maintain a high level of customer service by responding quickly to customer requests Conduct post maintenance check flights Perform “mentor flying: from time to time with new aircraft owners Attend various industry trade shoes representing the company and OEMs Occasionally perform duties of a line Charter Pilot as determined by VP of Aircraft Sales primarily for the sake of aircraft currency as needed Log activity in the SalesForce database and keep all records current therein Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Demonstration Pilot for an Original Equipment Manufacturer/OEM representative, or equivalent work experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proven ability to demonstrate aircraft, and build and maintain customer relationships Achiever with strong team and interpersonal communication skills Flexible schedule with the willingness to work overtime evenings and weekends as needed Ability to obtain an Airport Security Badge
