Description
[redacted] is a Part 91 flight department taking delivery of a brand new Challenger 350. We have operated several jet aircraft to very high safety standards as well as providing a casual atmosphere since 2003. The flight department currently consists of the Chief Pilot and one part time pilot as well as a full time Director of Maintenance. This is a group of professionals that take pride in the operation and maintenance of our airplane.
We are looking for a hard working, motivated individual to join our team and fill an immediate opening for a full time PIC crew member position. The three crew members will share 300-350 flight hours per year and average 10-12 duty days per month. Having three crew members in our flight department allows for flexibility in our schedule and quality of life.

The following criteria should be met by all successful applicants: Possess a CL300/350 type rating, an ATP, first class medical, no accidents, incidents or violations. This ideal candidate should also live within one hour of the Westfield-Barnes Airport, located in Massachusetts.
