Corporate Pilot

We were formed in 2009 under the vision of James Carmichael to operate a portfolio of apartment communities that now consists of 100+ properties, spanning 25 states, totaling over 12,500 units. Our corporate office is in Memphis, TN. We exist to provide the highest quality operations in senior and family housing communities. 

[redacted], LLC is looking for an experienced Corporate Pilot to join our progressively growing team. This position will report directly to the owner of the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operate our aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance with FAA regulations, company policies (Wright Flight operating manual), and procedures

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring that all systems and equipment are in working order

• Communicate effectively with passengers, ground crews, and air traffic control to ensure a smooth and safe flight experience

• Manage aircraft maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all necessary maintenance is completed on time and in compliance with regulations

• Manage and maintain accurate records and logs, including flight time, maintenance, and fuel consumption in a timely manner

• Ensure that the aircraft is properly cleaned, stocked, and prepared for each flight

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Corporate pilot experience preferred

• Minimum of 4,000 hours of flight time

• Minimum of 1,000 pilot in command hours on aircraft weighing more than 12,500 lbs.

• Minimum of 500 jet pilot in command hours

• Challenger 300 or 350 flight experience preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
