£25,000 + £5 Flight Pay
With a newly acquired UK AOC [Company] are operating a small fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft (NG and MAX) in the ACMI market, opening its first operational base at London Gatwick in early 2024. Senior Cabin Crew is a vital role that oversees the cabin crew staff during flights, providing guidance where needed and ensuring that all cabin crew conduct themselves in line with [Company] values and standards. Our Cabin Crew roles play a key part in delivering first class customer service to our customers, in turn contributing towards our Company branding and reputation.
Responsibilities
Receiving flight information from the flight deck
Leading pre-flight briefings to delegate duties and positions to each crew member for the duration of the flight
Preparing the cabin for take-off
Ensuring the safety and comfort of all [Company] passengers
Ensuring all mandatory regular checks are completed during the flight
Enforcing compliance with safety protocols and procedures
Providing exceptional levels of customer service to all passengers
Managing junior Cabin Crew members on board the aircraft
Willingness to spend longer periods of time away from home
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Knowledge of additional languages is desirable
Hold a valid UK CAA Cabin Crew Attestation (Desirable)
Ability and confidence to swim (25 meters unassisted)
1 year proven experience in a Senior Cabin Crew role
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Problem solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
Experience of team work, supervision and guidance, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
Knowledge of medical first aid (updated medical training will be provided by [Company])
Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom
Hold a valid Cabin Crew Medical
Hold a valid passport that permits unrestricted travel worldwide
Hold the valid vaccination certificates where necessary
Satisfactory background and DBS screening checks
