Location base: Merritt Island (KCOI) and Lantana (KLNA), Florida
Job Description: This role exists to operate PIC and be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and for the safety of all persons on board the aircraft.
Job Responsibilities: Buzz Air is currently recruiting and seeking qualified Citation 500 Captains to join our operation. Successful candidates should be self-motivated, organized and exhibit strong leadership skills. The captain will be responsible for conducting all flights in accordance with Buzz Air policies and procedures as well as FAA regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
FAA ATP
Citation 500 Type Rating ( type rated captains OTE $95K+)
Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
Minimum 500 hours turbine/jet
Meet all requirements of FAR 135.243 (IFR)
Valid FAA first class medical
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
Part 121/135 experience preferred (not required)
Valid U.S. Passport with no travel restrictions
Ability to work self-directed or closely with a team
Ability to have flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays (20 days on per month / 10 off)
Ability to demonstrate exemplary performance as a professional aviator
