The Chief Pilot must possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills combined with a deep understanding of the General Operations Manual, FAA regulations, operations specifications, and flight manuals. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily management and performance monitoring for all crew members. Sets and maintains operational and technical standards and procedures for the aircraft.
