Location: Dubai International Airport
Salary: $5,500 - $6,500/month + $100 per diem
Schedule: Standby rotation with multi-crew setup
Client: UHNW individual operating BBJ and Legacy 650 aircraft
Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and discreet VIP Cabin Crew Member to join a private aviation team serving an ultra-high-net-worth client. The role is based in Dubai and involves travelling to international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional onboard service tailored to VIP standards.
Ensure cabin readiness, safety, and comfort throughout each flight.
Coordinate with flight deck and ground teams for seamless operations.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Assist with pre-flight preparations, catering, and guest preferences.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as Senior Cabin Crew or Purser in private aviation.
Previous experience on similar VIP-configured aircraft preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic-speaking.
Must be based in Dubai or Europe with flexibility to relocate.
Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance.
Ability to work in a 3-crew rotation and adapt to dynamic schedules.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: $5,500 - $6,500 USD
Per Diem: $100 USD per travel day
