I am looking to hire a full time pilot for our company. My partner and I will fly about 100hrs per year and our plane will be dry leased out to a few local companies while we are not using it. I expect it to fly about 300hrs per year. Salary will be in the $50k range plus a benefits package of BCBS, 401k, paid vacation and paid holidays. Total package will have a value of $65k-$70k annually. Our pilot would also have the opportunity to earn additional income flying on a contract basis for our Lessees if they choose to use him/her as their contract pilot. That rate is $500/day.
