Description We are looking for a qualified and authorized candidate to perform as the pilot in command of the company aircraft.Captains are responsible for the safe conduct of flights to which they are assigned. Captains report directly to the chief pilot. When assigned to a flight, the captain has the final authority in the operation of the aircraft. Captains must ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and foreign regulations, as well as the policies and procedures specified in the company operations manual. Captains are the companys most visible representative to the passengers and must act with tact and decorum while ensuring an efficient and safe operation. Responsibilities Include: Assures that the assigned aircraft is in airworthy condition for a safe flight. Evaluates all anticipated conditions and pilots the aircraft, taking action to ensure that the fight meets established standards of safety, comfort and efficiency. Keeps updated on current FAA regulations, pertinent NOTAM\'s and is knowledgeable on the operational and weight-and balance limitations of the aircraft. Arranges for aircraft cleaning and service. Coordinates with principal passengers regarding specific requests relative to handling of luggage, ground transportation or food and beverage service. Ensures all passengers have been briefed concerning emergency items as outlined in FAA and company regulations. Makes decisions relative to terminals, alternatives and routes. Files flight plans and delays or cancels trips based on the safety of the operation. Incremental bonuses/pay raises offered as pilot gains more certifcations Qualifications All applicants need a commercial certificate with an instrument rating. Pilot candidate should have a minimum of 2000 flight hours, 1000 hours multi-engine and 200 hours turbine. Prefer 4000 Hours Pilot in Command, 2000 hours Multi-Engine and 500 hours Jet. Type rated in CE560 or CE525 a plus.
