The Chief Pilot is responsible for day to day supervision of all activities occuring within the flight department. Will coordinate crew scheduling, duty times, and crew training. The Chief Pilot will follow and uphold company standards and procedures to ensure the flight department is operating safely and efficiently. The Chief Pilot will also maintain currency in at least one of [redacted]\\\\\\\'s current aircraft types. Must meet the requirements of FAA FAR 119.71. Previous 135 Flight Department Management preferred. Previous King Air or Learjet experience preferred. [redacted] operates a fleet of Learjets, King Airs, and a Cessna Caravan on a Part 135 Certificate in Midland, TX. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and previous experience.
