Regional Head of Inflight Dublin, Ireland Description [redacted] are looking to recruit a Regional Head of Inflight to join Europe\'s largest airline group. Reporting to the Director of Inflight, The Ideal candidate would be based in [redacted]\'s Group Headquarters in Dublin and should currently be working within aviation, or in a similar people management role within a large organisation. [redacted] is a fast-paced multinational environment and therefore each candidate will have excellent people skills, a head for data and analytics, proven effective communication skills, a high degree of operational management experience and a seasoned ability to manage themselves and a team of managers. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of European Base Managers (People Managers – Inflight) who are responsible for the day-to-day management of Inflight operations and people in our European bases Responsibility for the management of staffing, contracts and disciplinary issues Manage Inflight ancillary revenue across the region and identify areas of improvement Negotiate labour agreements and support the management of local industrial relations Measure efficiency and report weekly on key performance indicators Identify and resolve local and /or individual Inflight issues with base managers Liaise with managers from different departments to deliver smooth Inflight operations Conduct base visits across our European network weekly Requirements A highly motivated flexible individual with a disciplined outlook, demonstrated capacity for hard work and comfortable with high levels of responsibility and accountability Fluent in English both written and spoken Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal, written and analytical skills Level-headed, calm and the ability to think and respond appropriately in challenging, fast paced situations Experienced in dealing with employees and reporting weekly on key performance indicators Ability to travel extensively across the [redacted] network Operations management experience is desired but not essential Benefits Competitive salary, staff travel benefits & endless career opportunities!
