Cabin Attendant Long-Haul with experience (Düsseldorf base) Mission As Cabin Crew Member, you are the perfect host for our guests on board the aircraft. You recognize our guests’ wishes at a glance and know how to ensure an excellent customer service. You are also responsible for the cabin safety on board and apply company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority procedures rigorously. Main Tasks You arrive at work on time for the pre-flight briefing, and adhere to company procedures and grooming standards You act as an ambassador of the airline and you reflect our company values by excellent customer care You contribute to a positive team spirit and you interact in a friendly way You attend all necessary company training You uphold company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority standards on-board the aircraft Your Profile A330/A330/A340 flight experience You have excellent language skills in English. Knowledge of German and other languages is an asset. You are able to provide a copy of your secondary school diploma You are punctual, friendly and a good listener You empathize with guests and can keep a cool head at all times You are willing to work in an irregular working pattern and during the weekend and holiday periods You have a natural interest in different cultures and you are willing to work on our long-haul network. You have no visible tattoo\'s or piercings You are at least 1.58 m tall and you have the ability to swim at least 25 meters clean criminal record / valid background check You are in possession of a valid passport without restrictions. A valid crew VISA for the USA is an asset. How to apply?
