✈️ Co-Captain – Embraer Phenom 300

We’re looking for an experienced and professional Co-Captain to join our team operating the Embraer Phenom 300. This role is ideal for pilots who are passionate about safety, precision, and delivering an exceptional passenger experience while supporting the Captain in all phases of flight and offers significant opportunity for long term growth.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the Captain to plan and execute safe, efficient, and professional flight operations
Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures
Monitor aircraft systems, performance, and communications with ATC
Ensure accurate weight, balance, and fuel calculations
Uphold FAA regulations and company standards for safety and compliance
Provide excellent communication and a calm, customer-focused presence with passengers and crew
What We’re Looking For
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
3,500 hours minimum flight time
Knowledge of FAA regulations and strong situational awareness
Professional, detail-oriented, and safety-focused mindset
**Must be able to relocate independently to the Charleston, SC area**
Preferred Background
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, or related field
Corporate or charter operations experience
Experience with diverse weather, airspace, or international operations
Phenom 300 type rating strongly preferred
5,000 hours flight time
2,000 hours multi-engine time
2,500 hours Jet PIC
