Flight Attendant Instructor Overview:
[Company] is seeking a Flight Attendant Instructor to be responsible for delivery of [Company] Flight Attendant Training Programs. Flight Attendant Instructors are qualified, knowledgeable, approachable, and confident representatives of Inflight Training and [Company].
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Facilitate training modules and deliver curriculum to Flight Attendant candidates and current Sun Country Flight Attendants.
Must be knowledgeable in all areas of instruction and present material in a logical, clear and organized manner.
Understand and be able to convey policies and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent instructional methods and techniques.
Conduct all required drills and competency checks.
Complete required training forms and documentation.
Assist in upkeep of training equipment and facilities.
Coach Flight Attendant candidates and current flight attendants in training events.
Collaborate with the training department on training initiatives.
As needed, conducting Initial Operating Experience Flights for new hires.
Conduct Quality Assurance Rides/Line Checks to audit and evaluate safety and service procedures.
Support the day-to-day operational duties of the Inflight Department
Any other duties assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous teaching and/or instructing experience
Line Flight Attendant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Positive attitude and a self-starter
Complete projects on time with minimal supervision. Ability to work varied hours.
Able to acquire flight attendant certification through [Company]
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in flight attendant training
Previous experience with creating and updating training presentations, instructor guides training materials
An understanding of adult learning and effective facilitation techniques
Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organization
Compensation:
Pay or shift range: $23.00 - $26.00 USD per hour. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, projectors, filing cabinets.
CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT
Standing in front of classroom presenting courseware, assisting with classroom activities, auditing.
HANDS ON TEACHING ENVIRONMENT
Operating aircraft doors, conducting hands on training with various aircraft equipment.
