Join [Company] as a Corporate Jet Coordinator and take charge of our executive aviation operations. You'll be responsible for scheduling, arranging, and coordinating all corporate jet travel for associates and executives, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-planned trips across all Ashley locations.
This specialized role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to make split-second decisions under pressure, and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality while working with all levels of management.
Coordinate corporate jet travel for regular rotation trips and special destinations
Schedule quarterly trip dates and manage public/private access calendars
Complete jet request forms and submit for CEO approval
Arrange accommodations including hotels and ground transportation
Verify travel policy compliance and obtain signed acceptance forms
Create detailed itineraries and distribute to passengers, pilots, and key stakeholders
Monitor flights in real-time and communicate schedule updates
Support international travel including embassy registrations and checklists
Review and process jet expenses for accuracy and payment
Troubleshoot issues and alert appropriate parties for resolution
What You Need
Associate degree in business, travel, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Travel industry experience preferred (airports, hotels, transportation)
Thorough knowledge of travel industry rules and regulations
Expert understanding of corporate travel policies
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure
Professional discretion and confidentiality maintenance
Time management excellence with multi-project capabilities
Good vision for detailed work and documentation
Extended sitting ability for long periods
Repetitive tasks including keyboards and office equipment operation
Extended hours and after-hours availability for aircraft changes
