A Midwest Company is seeking a CO-Pilot to be a part of the flight crew for our Challenger 604. Looking for someone who wants to advance with us in the future. The Co-pilot will Assist Captain or Chief Pilot in flight preparation and operation of the aircraft. Notify pilot on any variations in standard flight operations. Conduct Pre-flight inspection to ensure all navigation, safety and operating systems are working properly. Support in take-offs and landings as directed by the Captain. Inspect aircraft operational and technical performance on regular basis. Act quickly and appropriately during environmental changes and emergencies to ensure passengers safety. Assures that Company aircraft and hangar are cleaned and maintained according to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, established aviation practices and provides a high level of customer service to during flights on the aircraft Candidates with previous Challenger experience are encouraged to apply. Must have a minimum of 2,000 hours of flight experience. You must live 2 hours from Indianapolis to be considered for this position. No Relocation offered. Commercial Pilot’s License required Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and established aviation practices and techniques. Pilot licensing as a multi-engine pilot; instrument rating Hold and maintain an FAA First Class Medical Valid and current US Passport with no restrictions on international travel Able to lift baggage Able to move aircraft safely Type rated for Challenger a plus College education preferred Travel on overnight or multiple overnight trips will be required International travel experience also a plus Special Requirements High degree of professionalism and integrity Transparency, reporting, and sharing of information effectively Exceptional leadership, management, communication, and collaboration skills Results oriented and solution focused High degree of accountability and ownership Excellent judgment and decision-making skills Exceptional internal and external customer service skills Thorough and attentive to details Impeccable safety record
