Command the B737 aircraft and supervise all phases of flight (pre-flight, take-off, cruise, landing)
Coordinate with the First Officer, cabin crew, Dispatch, Maintenance Control and other operational departments to ensure compliance with EASA, ENAC and company procedures
Ensure flight safety, operational punctuality, and high service standards
Support company initiatives related to training, briefings, and procedural improvements
Actively contribute to a culture of safety and continuous operational enhancement
Maximum age: 60 years
Total flight time on B737 or equivalent aircraft: more than 5,000 hours
Command time on B737 or equivalent aircraft: more than 1,500 hours
Flight time specifically on B737: more than 500 hours
Valid EASA licence (or equivalent nationally recognized licence) with B737 type rating
Strong operational command of the English language
Availability to be based in locations determined by company needs (Rome excluded)
Flexibility and adaptability to operational requirements, including schedule variations, potential base changes, and operational disruptions
Experienced professional with solid flight background on B737 or equivalent aircraft, seeking a dynamic environment in a fast-growing airline
Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, and strong operational decision-making abilities
Adaptable, proactive and capable of managing high-pressure operational scenarios
Strong focus on safety, on-time performance, and service quality
