[Company] is seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Charter Sales Associate to support and expand charter sales activity in a fast-moving Part 135 environment.
This role is ideal for an individual who understands private aviation clients, responds well under pressure, and can manage quoting activity, customer communication, and trip coordination with professionalism and precision.
The successful candidate will work directly with charter inquiries, pricing activity, customer follow-up, and booking support while helping ensure that each request is handled with urgency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
Respond to inbound charter requests promptly and professionally
Prepare and deliver charter quotations accurately and efficiently
Follow up with prospective clients and brokers to improve conversion activity
Support customer communication from initial inquiry through trip confirmation
Coordinate closely with flight operations to ensure aircraft and crew availability align with quote activity
Maintain organized records of charter requests, quote history, and customer communication
Assist with pricing adjustments based on aircraft positioning, operational constraints, and trip requirements
Build and maintain professional relationships with charter clients, brokers, and repeat customers
Support special projects involving charter growth, market outreach, and customer retention
Prior charter sales, broker, or private aviation experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Part 135 charter operations and aircraft quoting logic
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
High attention to detail and professional judgment
Strong customer service orientation
Comfort working with pricing systems, scheduling tools, and CRM-type environments
