The Mission for this Position: Your mission is to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and document maintenance and alterations in accordance with 14 CFR regulations, manufacturer guidance, and [Company]’s General Maintenance Manual. You’ll perform hands-on maintenance on airframes, engines, propellers, and appliances, ensuring the availability, safety, and performance of our fleet, which includes Pilatus PC-12s, Citations, Gulfstreams, and (coming soon) Challengers.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform Aircraft Maintenance: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine and turboprop aircraft
Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and avionics discrepancies using sound judgment and technical expertise with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Perform all maintenance in accordance with 14 CFR regulations and [Company] standards
Leverage Digital Tools: Accurately input and manage data using maintenance tracking systems and scheduling software
Maintain Accurate Documentation: Record all maintenance activities in compliance with FAA and internal documentation requirements
Collaborate Across Departments: Coordinate with multiple teams and departments to optimize aircraft readiness and turnaround time
Travel as Needed: Provide maintenance support at other [Company] bases (SLC, PVU) and on-call locations as required

Qualifications:
Education & Licenses:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred, but not required
Factory training on Pilatus, Citation, or G-series aircraft preferred, but not required
Maintenance Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining turbine and turboprop aircraft
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of 14 CFR Part 135 regulations and aviation safety standards
Teamwork: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-urgency environment while working both independently and collaboratively under pressure
Digital Systems Proficiency: Experienced with maintenance tracking programs (e.g., Traxxall, Ebis) and skilled in using digital platforms for documentation and compliance

Salary, Schedule, and Perks:
Salary: $35 - $47 per hour, DOE
To meet operational timelines and support our fleet’s availability, overtime may be available.
