Challenger 604 Captain
Responsibilities
Act as Pilot in Command in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and SOPs
Maintain final authority for flight safety and operational decisions
Conduct flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with FARs, Ops Specs, MEL/CDL, RVSM, and international procedures
Lead and coordinate flight crew utilizing effective CRM
Coordinate with maintenance, dispatch, and ground service providers
Ensure accurate completion of aircraft and flight documentation
Schedule: Varying shifts; must be responsive to short-notice trips

Job Requirements:
Bombardier Challenger 604 type rating (Required)
3,000+ hours total flight time (Required)
2,000+ hours Pilot in Command (Required)
300 hours minimum in type (Required)
1,500 hours turbine time
Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
Valid passport with unrestricted international travel
Part 135 experience preferred (Part 91 considered with equivalent complexity)
Medical & Screening: This is a safety-critical role; successful pre-employment medical (physical, vision, hearing) and a negative company or regulated drug test are required
Residency: Live (willing to relocate) to the Kansas City area
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive international, oceanic, and high-density airspace experience
Experience operating under ARGUS standards
SMS participation and safety leadership experience
Physical & Travel Requirements
Ability to lift, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces; lift to 40 lbs unassisted
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as required
