Position Summary
This is a strictly contract role providing flight and ground instruction to [Company] students. Contract instructors are expected to deliver high‑quality training, uphold TAS standards, and maintain professionalism in all training environments. This position is not a full‑time employment role and does not include employee benefits.
Compensation: Contract rate of $600 per day.
What You’ll Do
Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with TAS standards and FAA regulations
Maintain accurate and timely student progress documentation
Demonstrate strong communication, situational awareness, and instructional judgment
Represent [Company] professionally with students and training partners
Minimum Qualifications
Commercial Single‑Engine and Multi‑Engine Rating
Second‑Class Medical Certificate or better
No accidents or incidents on record
1,500 hours total time
250 hours multi‑engine time
Additional Instructor Requirements
CFI, CFII, and MEI ratings
At least 500 hours of dual given
Strong instructional communication skills and a student‑focused mindset
