We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Officer to join our dynamic aviation team operating the Latitude 680A aircraft. This pivotal role involves assisting the Captain in executing safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations across diverse environments. Duties

• Assist the Captain in commanding the aircraft during commercial and business jet flights, ensuring adherence to ICAO standards and ICAO SARPs (Standards and Recommended Practices)

• Support flight planning, navigation, and operational procedures in compliance with FAA regulations (FAR Part 121, 135, and 91), including IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) operations

• Conduct pre-flight inspections and verify aircraft readiness for turbojet and multi-engine aircraft piloting tasks

• Communicate effectively with air traffic control using ICAO regulations and maintain clear communication with crew members throughout flight operations

• Manage cockpit procedures during takeoff, cruise, approach, and landing phases while maintaining safety and efficiency

• Contribute to team management by supporting leadership roles within the crew to foster a collaborative environment

• Engage with clients professionally to deliver exceptional customer service during all phases of flight

• Participate in ongoing training related to Cessna Citation operation, aviation safety protocols, and regulatory updates

Experience

• Proven experience piloting turbojet aircraft, particularly business jets such as Cessna Citation models or similar multi-engine aircraft

• Demonstrated knowledge of FAR Part 121 (scheduled airline operations), FAR Part 135 (on-demand charter), and FAR Part 91 (general operating rules) regulations

• Multilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus for effective communication in diverse environments

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or working within a team environment in high-pressure settings

• Background in military aviation or commercial flight operations is highly desirable

• Extensive flying experience adhering to ICAO standards and SARPs for international flights

• Skilled in instrument flight rules (IFR) navigation, ensuring safety during low visibility conditions or complex airspace

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with air traffic control, crew members, and passengers effectively
