Gulfstream G280 Captain and First Officer

About the Position
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Captain and First Officer candidates to join our professional flight department operating a Gulfstream G280 based in Oxford, Mississippi.
Key Requirements
* Applicants must already be type-rated in the Gulfstream G280.
* Must currently live within, or be willing to relocate to within, one hour of Oxford, Mississippi.
* Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Pilot Certificate (as applicable).
* Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
* Minimum flight time requirements (preferred):
* Captain: 3,500 total hours / 1,000 turbine / 500 PIC in type.
* First Officer: 2,000 total hours / 500 turbine.
* Clean FAA, criminal, and driving record.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities
* Safely operate the Gulfstream G280 in accordance with all FAA regulations and company policies.
* Ensure the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
* Participate in flight planning, weather assessment, and pre-/post-flight inspections.
* Maintain aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with maintenance schedules.
* Work collaboratively as part of a two-pilot team to ensure efficient and comfortable operations for passengers.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous Part 91 or Part 135 experience.
* Strong knowledge of Gulfstream aircraft systems and performance.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and crew resource management (CRM) skills.
* Stable employment history and a strong commitment to professional aviation standards.
