The 135 Chief Pilot will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of pilots, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, providing leadership and guidance to the team, and maintaining communication with other departments and stakeholders. Qualifications Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate Minimum 1500 flight hours with 1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and 500 hours of turbine experience 1-2 years experience as a Chief Pilot is preferred Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, procedures, and safety protocols Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team Bachelor\'s degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is preferred
