Job Summary/Objective
We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Manager who knows how to hustle, build trust, and keep things moving. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our sales engine — owning client relationships, driving conversions, and making sure every interaction reflects the high standards of the Planet 9 brand.
This isn’t a desk job — we want someone who’s proactive, always one step ahead, and not afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll know how to read the room, work the broker network, and adapt to the ever-shifting market. With the perks of being remote based.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Quote trips, manage scheduling and identify new business opportunities
Stay on top of sales forecasts — accurate, up-to-date, and always anticipating what’s next
Follow up on payments and ensure timely billing for any additional services
Own the sales inbox: respond quickly, quote efficiently, and follow up relentlessly
Call prospects and clients to drive conversion, keep them engaged, and build long-term trust
Attend industry events and sales conferences to strengthen relationships and expand Planet 9’s network
Stay ahead of regulatory requirements (e.g., UK/France weekend permits etc.)
Take the lead on client issues and feedback — resolve fast, keep it personal, protect the brand
Represent Planet 9 with confidence in all client broker, and partner interactions
Work closely with Inflight and Ops teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and key industry stakeholders to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
Support sales strategy planning and contribute ideas to push us forward
Maintain and update sales platforms (Avinode, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
Support billing, contracts, and digital tools to streamline operations
Contribute to sales strategy and promote a team-first culture
Lead site visits to showcase Planet 9’s offerings and differentiate from competitors
Adhere to Planet Nine’s operational policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards by completing required training and maintaining compliance across all assigned duties.
Adapt to evolving priorities by performing additional tasks or projects as needed to support team and organizational goals

Education and Experience Requirements
We are seeking an individual with 3-5 years experience in Private Aviation operating floating transatlantic fleet.
