Tasks
As Head of Cabin Crew, your essential priority is to secure and further develop the high-quality standard for our Cabin Crew in terms of service, safety, and brand representation.
Together with your management team, successfully lead the largest employee group with 3,500 cabin crew members
Take necessary measures to support the ongoing expansion of our Cabin Crew team, encompassing reporting and action management
Actively shape the on-board experience for our guests in coordination with the responsible stakeholder
Secure all necessary training standards and actively manage the collaboration with Lufthansa Aviation Training together with the Nominated Person Crew Training
Ensure compliance with aviation law together with the Nominated Person Flight Operations
Collaborative co-operation with all major interfaces, especially Crew Planning, Flight Ops, Product Management, Ground Services, and HR
Manage the interface to the Cabin Crew´s union together with HR and support during collective agreement negotiations
