This position is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft and providing exemplary service to the passengers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with crew to provide exemplary, safe service to all passengers. Through understanding of crew concept operations to include CRM and strict adherence to company SOP\\\\\\\'s. Assist with aircraft (Challenger 300) operations in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with the company schedule and in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations. This air craft operates both Part 91 and 135. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation pertaining to flights and travel. Travel includes but is not limited to: domestic, Canada, Caribbean. Work with Chief Pilot to determine appropriate courses of action to ensure safety of passengers and company property Study weather information in advance of flights to determine advisability of the flight Communicate any changes necessary for the start, delay, or cancellation of assigned flights, and for the deviation of a flight from its planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate Special projects and assignments as business dictated SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Seven to 10 years of aviation related experience, with a minimum of two years in an on-demand flight environment Bachelor\\\\\\\'s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience 5000 hours total flight time with appropriate jet experience. Detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, air traffic control procedures and aircraft systems Previous corporate flight experience highly preferred International Flight Operations experience preferred Detail oriented Confidentiality and Discretion Candidate must live approximately within one hour of the hangar PHYSICAL DEMANDS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
