How you stand out
We’re looking for pilots who bring both technical skill and professional presence.
ATP certificate or ATP written completed
First Class Medical Certificate
2,000+ total flight hours
500+ hours PIC
Strong record of safety, reliability, and professionalism
Ability to travel internationally without restriction
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Based within the continental U.S.
Preferred:
Challenger 604 or other Challenger variant experience
Part 135 operational experience
Recent training in type (within 36 months)
International flight experience
Your role in action
Flight Operations Excellence
Assist the Captain in safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 604
Execute domestic and international flights in compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations
Maintain situational awareness and adherence to company SOPs
Crew Collaboration & Communication
Work seamlessly with Captains, dispatch, and maintenance teams
Demonstrate clear, professional communication in all phases of flight
Support a positive cockpit culture focused on safety and accountability
Passenger Experience
Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and discretion
Represent Ventura with a polished, client-focused approach
Ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for passengers
Continuous Development
Participate in training, recurrent programs, and advancement opportunities
Prepare for future upgrade opportunities within the company
Engage in additional roles such as instructor, IOE captain, or check airman (as you grow)
