PART-TIME POSITION
Aircraft: Baron and Navajo Chieftain
Location: Northeast Philadelphia Airport (KPNE) Philadelphia, PA
MUST RESIDE LESS THAN 30 MILES FROM PHILADELPHIA*
Position Type: Part-Time (minimum 15-day availability per month) serving under 14 CFR 135 operations.

Job Summary
The Pilot position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of charter flights, ensuring full compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. This role involves pre-flight planning, in-flight decision-making, and post-flight duties, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. The Pilot position represents the company as a trusted and experienced aviation professional.

Pilot In Command REQUIRED Qualifications (PIC – Part 135 IFR)
1,200 hours total time (1,500+ preferred)
500 hours cross country
100 hours of night flying
75 hours instrument time (min 50 hours in actual flight)
25 hours (minimum) 100 hours preferred, multi engine piston.
Additional Requirements
Current Second Class Medical or Higher
US Passport with International Travel
Baron and Chieftain Navajo experience as PIC is preferred but not required.
Extensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
No Accidents/Incidents
Successful completion of FAA drug testing and background checks
Must reside within fifty miles of the designated airport.
Must be available for on-call duty in addition to schedule flights.
Must be available to work daytime, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
Must be authorized to work in US.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Compensation
Compensation is provided on a flight hour basis with a set min day per flight. Paid initial and recurrent training is also included.

Physical Requirements
Vision correctable to 20/20
Adequate hearing and speech to communicate clearly via aviation headset.
Ability to sit for extended periods, operate aircraft controls and safely perform all flight duties.
Ability to climb in and out of aircraft, bend, kneel, and conduct pre/post flight inspections.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Tolerance for long duty days, irregular schedules, varying climates, high noise environments
