Full time opening for a First Officer/Co-Pilot Embraer Praetor 500
*EMB-550 Type Rating Required (due to training availability)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and professionally oriented pilot to serve as the First Officer/ Second in Command for our Praetor 500 aircraft. The applicant must reside, or relocate, within two (2) hour’s travel time of the Love Field Airport (KDAL) to be considered for this position.
We operate a single Praetor 500 under FAR 91 for Industrial Aid Lift and Operations in support of business travel needs. The aircraft is not operated under part 135 - or third-party management.
Job Description/Duties:
Must hold an EMB-550 Type Rating, currency is NOT required!
Report to the Chief Pilot and support operations as a required crewmember
Assist with the preparation of the aircraft for flights including basic preflight, ground servicing, cleaning, stock/supply, etc
Work with minimal supervision for tasks so qualified
Support the needs of the executive passengers, load and unload luggage, assist with ground transportation
Comply with the requirements of the Company Employee Handbook, Flight Department General Operations Manual and Safety Management System, and regulatory authorities
The aircraft is operated “on call” and you will be responsible for both scheduled and short notice (less than 24 hours in advance) trips
At times you may be paired with a contract pilot to facilitate crew scheduling (vacation/sick time) and will share the flight responsibilities
The aircraft operates approximately 200 hours per year, with approximately 50-90 RONs annually, primarily US Domestic and Canada (Valid US Passport required)
Include a cover letter, flight hour resume, and training C.V. (list of certificates and ratings and documentation of last school from an approved 142 facility).
Salary commensurate to the position of First Officer in type.
