[Company]is a full-service aircraft management/charter company headquartered in Morristown NJ with bases in Wilmington DE and Milwaukee, WI. We are looking for a full time Director of Operations for our Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations.
Requirements
This is a full -time position as Director of Operations. The Director of Operations oversees our daily Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations and ensures compliance with all FAA regulations, industry best practices and company standard operating procedures. The position is responsible for implementing and maintaining company operational policies and procedures and overseeing the company training and safety programs. This is a flying position that requires the incumbent to maintain qualification and currency in a G550, G650, Global 5000, or Global 6500. Position requires some on-site work in either Morristown NJ or Wilmington DE. Remote work is also possible.
2-4 years as Director of Operations in Part 91 and Part 135 operations and strong knowledge of Part 91 and 135 regulatory requirements required.
Strong operations management and analytical skill required.
Must have excellent leadership and decision making abilities.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Type rating or experience in a G550, G650, Global 5000, or Global 6500 required.
