About the Position JAI Aviation Services is seeking a full-time Citation M2 Pilot in Command to fly a professionally managed Part 91 aircraft based in Camarillo, CA. This position is for an experienced, safety-focused aviator who thrives in a single-pilot operational environment.
The airplane is professionally managed by JAI Aviation Services, meaning you focus solely on flying the aircraft safely and professionally — we handle all scheduling, maintenance, and operational logistics.
Minimum Requirements:
• CE-525S Type Rating (Single Pilot Authorization required)
• ATP or Commercial MEL with Instrument Rating
• Flight Experience Minimums:
• 3,000 hours total time
• 1,500 hours multi-engine
• 1,000 hours turbine
• 500 hours PIC in CE-525 series preferred
• Current FAA First Class Medical
• Valid U.S. Passport – unrestricted international travel
• Must live within 2-hour drive of Camarillo, CA
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong Part 91 operational knowledge
• Previous single-pilot experience in Citation M2 or other CE-525 series
• Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
Primary Duties:
• Operate the Citation M2 to the highest safety standards in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
• Conduct all necessary pre-flight planning and post-flight documentation
• Represent the owner and JAI Aviation Services with professionalism at all times
Compensation:
• Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 annually (based on experience)
• Per diem for travel days
• Annual recurrent training provided
