The Aircraft Pilot – Fixed Wing Option is a permanent, full-time position used by various agencies throughout the state. Positions are statewide, in various locations throughout Alabama. This is technical work of a responsible nature in piloting single-engine aircraft used in connection with executive passenger transport, patrol programs, or other missions of the State. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT(S) High school diploma or GED 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command flight time to include 150 hours of experience in piloting a single-engine aircraft within the past year.
