[Company]’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Flight Captain.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Position Overview:
The flight captain will be directly responsible for, and the final authority as to, the operation of an aircraft. Functions as the aircraft commander with responsibility for the aircraft, crew, and passengers, ensuring that the aircraft is operated safely and within the guidelines of [Company] Flight Operations Manual and within the provisions of the Federal Aviation and International Civil Aviation Organization Regulations. This candidate will be located in Richmond Heights, Ohio if candidate is not located within a 50 mile radius of Richmond Heights, OH relocation will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:

• Achieves operational excellence utilizing the [Company] Business System to meet requirements and achieve objectives.
• Exercises organizational ownership to aid passengers and customers in order to deliver a high level of service in accordance with [Company]’s values and philosophies.
• Provides for the safety and security of passengers and crewmembers.
• Performs day-to-day operations in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and the [Company] Flight Operations Manual.
• Supervises the First Officer to ensure the appropriate execution of required responsibilities.
• Develops First Officers by demonstrating leadership with flight proficiency, aeronautical knowledge and adherence to applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
• Evaluates First Officer performance by completing post-flight debriefings and periodic written evaluations.
• Submits applicable forms and reports related to the flight to which they are assigned.
• Works closely with [Company]’s International Handler to ensure Customs/Immigrations requirements and documents have been prepared and transmitted as directed.
• Exhibits a team-oriented approach by assisting co-workers with duties when possible.
• Exercises emergency authority granted under federal regulations and complies with the requirements of the [Company] Flight Operations Emergency Action Plan.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• The Flight Captain shall possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with an English Proficient endorsement and FAA First-Class Medical Certificate, the recent flight experience prescribed by FAR 61.57, and the pilot-in-command proficiency check prescribed in FAR 61.58.
• The Flight Captain flight experience shall include a minimum of; 3,500 hours total time, 1,500 hours in multi-engine fixed wing aircraft, 1,000 hours as pilot-in-command in fixed wing aircraft, 500 hours jet aircraft.
• The Flight Captain shall possess a current passport and be able to comply with the CANPASS rules and requirements.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
• Type Rating in CL30.
Position Criteria:
• The Flight Captain will be employed by [Company] Corporation, as a pilot, for not less than 3 months before being designated as pilot-in-command in an aircraft operated by [Company] corporation and shall have successfully completed training in; command skills line oriented flight, high altitude flight physiology and hypoxia symptoms, and the principles of crew resource management. This training will be accepted from another employer.
• When assigned as second-in-command, a Flight Captain is operationally responsible to the designated pilot-in-command for that trip. This relationship shall remain in effect, regardless of which pilot is flying the aircraft or which pilot seat is occupied.
• 75% travel required.
