With safety as the number one priority, a Flight Attendant’s responsibility is to ensure the comfort of passengers while delivering friendly, enthusiastic and professional service. This work environment is fast-paced, time sensitive and requires high energy with constant face-to-face interaction. In addition, a Flight Attendant must be prepared to provide leadership and direction to assist passengers during non-routine operations. ?
