Location: Scottsdale Airport (SDL) (need to be max 2 hours away)
Rotation: 20 days on / 10 days off
Salary:
Captain (PIC): $165,000
First Officer (SIC): $90,000–$100,000
Per Diem: $70/day
Accommodation: High-quality hotels provided
Positioning Flights: Covered by the company
👤 Candidate Requirements:
Captain (PIC)
Type Rated on HS-125 (Hawker 800 Series)
Minimum 600 hours PIC on type
Total Time: 3,000+ hours
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Must pass psychometric testing
First Officer (SIC)
Minimum 300 hours total time
Type rating not required
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Must pass psychometric testing
Opportunity to be promoted to PIC after training period
Training & Development:
Structured training period for type-rated and non-type rated pilots
Ongoing operational training for SICs with potential promotion to PIC
